Delete your account

You can delete your account directly from the BlackSeat app:

  1. Open the app and go to Profile
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

Your account is soft-deleted immediately (you are signed out everywhere) and permanently removed after 30 days. You can cancel by contacting us within that window.

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@blackseat.app from the address linked to your account and we will delete it within 5 business days.
